Because our products are natural food items, once an order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellations, returns, or refunds are generally not accepted. However, in genuine situations, we are committed to providing fair resolutions for our customers. 1. Order Cancellation Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Damaged Product Received Notify within 48 hours with order number, invoice image, outer package image, 2 clear product images, and complete unboxing video. Verified damaged products will be replaced within 7–10 business days. 3. Missing Product in Shipment Notify within 48 hours with invoice, package images, and unboxing video. Missing items will be re-shipped after verification. 4. Product Quality Concerns / Spoilage Notify within 48 hours with images/videos and issue details. Natural variations in aroma, taste, colour, or texture do not qualify as defects. Verified issues may receive replacement. 5. Non-Returnable Products Opened food products, used products, improperly stored items, requests after 48 hours, or natural variations are non-returnable. 6.
